Welcome to the bioinformatics service of the Laboratory of Interdisciplinary Technology in Bioinformatics (LITBIO), which offers an email account, file space and a range of bioinformatics databases and applications.
You can access the menu.
Please note: We are moving to a new and much more powerful system.
Permanent data storage will NOT be allowed anymore.
Job will be launched through a web interface and not a shell.
Every job will have a scratch area that will be removed one month after the end of the simulation.
Users are kindly requested to remove their actual data. They will be deleted 3 months after the users transfer to the new system will be completed.
