Run simwalk2 now!

SimWalk2 is a statistical genetics application that uses Markov chain Monte Carlo and simulated annealing algorithms to analyze pedigrees of any size.

SimWalk2 performs the following types of multipoint analyses: haplotyping, parametric linkage (location scores), non-parametric linkage (allele sharing statistics), and identity by descent (IBD).

We suggest you use the program 'mega2' to prepare the data files and BATCH2.DAT control file.
