GLUE Demo Page

GLUE provides a graphical interface to some commonly used statistical genetics programs. At the front page, you select or upload the input files and choose which program to run:

At the next page, you select the program options:

For linkage analyses, the output page displays the lod-score curve

You can also create and edit LINKAGE format data files:

either by adding new loci, for example a quantitative trait variable:

or by editing existing loci, for example an affection status:
