When you follow the link that says "Run a VNC Session Now" for the first time, you will be asked to supply a password for your VNC session. Unfortunately the VNC password system is separate and distinct from the system used for logging into LITBIO, so you'll need to choose (and remember) a different password. Don't worry if you forget your VNC password - as long as you remember your LITBIO password, you'll be able to set a new VNC password.
Once you've set a VNC password, a page will appear that will have a link that you can follow to connect to your VNC session. When you follow this link, the VNC login screen will appear (this may appear in a new window). You will be asked for your VNC password. Click on the OK button, and your session will appear.
You will also be informed of the URL for this session, and the display name for the standalone viewer. Note that the addresses are issued dynamically and will only be valid for this particular session, so you can't use them once the session has ended.
